Yorkshire Wild Flower Honey | 227g
A pure, natural and delicious North Yorkshire wildflower honey sourced from field and hedgerow blossoms, including broad bean flowers and white clover. Chosen by Rosebud Preserves for the subtle delicacy of its English flowers and as a popular and lovely alternative to jam.
Provided by three Yorkshire beekeepers and foraged from the diversity of this large county. Deliciously sweet and mildly flavoured, with the subtlety of different field and hedgerow flowers as the spring and summer progress, this special Yorkshire Honey may vary from light gold to rich green-gold depending on the season and flowers available to nectar-gathering honeybees. Specially selected by us to complete our catalogue of jams and sweet preserves.
Our honey is raw and unpasteurised, meaning it is gently extracted and lightly strained without high heat or heavy processing. This helps preserve its natural character, including the delicate enzymes, pollen, and aromatic compounds that give each batch its distinctive flavour and depth. Because it remains in its most natural state, raw honey may also crystallise over time - this is a normal sign of quality rather than a flaw, and can be easily softened if preferred (please see storage instructions). The result is a more complex, full-flavoured honey that reflects the landscape and season in which it was produced.
