We will be keeping an eye on our deliveries. If you spot an issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to follow up with the courier on your behalf.
You may complete the field "Delivery Instructions" in the ordering process to provide instructions such as "leave in the garage if out" if you or the recipient is out.
We regret we cannot accept responsibility for the condition of the goods or non-receipt if goods are not signed for.
We will deliver your preserves in two styles of boxes. Our 6 cell branded white box with separated dividers has been designed to hold the jars in position, which is placed inside our outer box to give added protection.
We have carefully chosen the packaging we use and believe it is the most efficient and protective way to care for your preserves.

Returns
Should you wish to return your preserves, please contact our dispatch team on +44 (0) 1765 689 671 or email dispatch@rosebudpreserves.co.uk. Products will be returned at the customer's expense and, provided that they are returned in good condition within 10 working days of the original receipt, a credit will be issued for the price paid. If we are asked to arrange for collection of the goods, any costs incurred by us will be deducted from any refund.
