Seville Orange Marmalade and whisky combine to make our Yorkshire Whisky Marmalade, a marriage of exceptional flavours, dark , rich and full-bodied, as the result of a special collaboration between Rosebud Preserves and The Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds

Their Filey Bay Flagship Single Malt Whisky is made from 100% homegrown barley and matured in ex-Bourbon casks. Light and fruity, with notes of citrus, caramel, honey and vanilla, it pairs beautifully with our classically strong and sharp marmalade, the complimentary flavours working in harmony to create a preserve that is deep in flavour.

Made with unrefined cane sugar and naturally set by the properties of fresh fruit alone to create a marmalade of note.
