A pure, natural, Yorkshire wildflower honey, gently whipped to create a rich, velvety soft-set texture with a mellow honeycomb note. Gathered from wild blossoms, country gardens, fields and hedgerow flowers - including broad bean and white clover - it captures the subtle delicacy of English flora while offering a luxuriously smooth, spreadable and thick buttery finish.

Provided by three Yorkshire beekeepers and foraged from the rich diversity of this large county, it is deliciously sweet and mildly flavoured, with gentle variations as spring and summer flowers change. Its colour may range from very pale gold to pearl white, and its soft, creamy consistency makes it a perfect companion to freshly baked warm buttered sourdough, folded through creamy spiced porridge, or paired with goat’s cheese and a scattering of toasted hazelnuts for a beautifully balanced contrast of sweet and savoury.
