Sun-ripened English Victoria plums, organically grown and hand-picked from the Rosebud orchard, bear the soft blush of crimson and violet and a golden, honeyed sweetness within. This abundant crop, enriched by a long hot summer, yielded fruit that is soft, juicy, and richly sweet. Gently simmered into a delicate yet full-bodied jam, it captures the very essence of a late English summer. A classic accompaniment to the traditional tea table.
This limited-edition jam is made just once a year and depends entirely on the weather and the August harvest, so it is available only in small quantities and cannot be guaranteed to return annually.
