“A vibrant coloured, rustic looking orange pickle generously studded with cloves and pepper berries. There were lovely spicy notes on the nose which followed through to the palate. The flavour has an enjoyable balance of tanginess, spiciness and the finish was really juicy”.
“This marmalade looks very home made with roughly cut pieces of orange. An aroma of Christmas spices with cloves being quite dominant. The flavour is really interesting, with fresh orange rind that is just chewy enough and then the spices which are perfectly balanced. The sugar level is really good, not overly sweet and the aftertaste is clean and zingy”.
