Tangy rhubarb from the famous ‘triangle’ works wonderfully in combination with the warmth of stem ginger to make Yorkshire Rhubarb and Ginger Jam, a perfect Rosebud Preserves pairing and enduringly popular.

The sweet delicate flavour of pink/red forced rhubarb in late winter, or the sharper outdoor variety in spring/summer, makes wonderful preserves, especially in combination with the sweet and spicy warmth of stem ginger. The rhubarb in our Yorkshire Rhubarb and Ginger Jam comes from the sixth generation of one grower near Wakefield in West Yorkshire.

This is by far the most popular of our rhubarb pairing and one we heartily recommend. Naturally set by the properties of fresh fruit and unrefined cane sugar alone.
