One of the most popular of all Rosebud Preserves jams and made to the same simple recipe since 1989. Our Raspberry Jam contains unrivalled quantities of carefully chosen named varieties of fruit (69g of fruit per 100g of preserve) unrefined cane sugar and a little fresh lemon juice only, relying on the properties of these ingredients alone to achieve the perfectly balanced, naturally set, sweet/sharpness that characterises this traditional English jam.
