Our collaborations with fellow Yorkshire artisan producers, and others further afield, have created some of our most popular preserves since we first introduced them in 2014.

We have devised sweet and savour products to compliment local cider, gin and beer, not simply by adding the alcohol alone but with the inclusion of complimentary ingredients to enhance these delicious flavours.

Rosebud Preserves pickles and relishes celebrate bold, fresh flavours, vibrant colours and a savoury piquancy that guarantees the perfect pairing for your favourite cold meats and cheeses. To enjoy them at their best some are only available in our British season. All are prepared with unrefined cane sugar and minimal vinegar for mellow flavour.
