This very special Rosebud jam is one of our all-time favourites. Deceptively simple, using English Damsons from the Lake District, Kent and Worcestershire, unrefined cane sugar and a little fresh lemon juice only, it epitomises everything that is good about jam – sweet/sour balance and deeply fruity flavour. One of our highly recommended preserves, Damson Jam is naturally set by the properties of the fruit alone.
