“A beautiful aroma of almonds - almost marzipan richness tempts us into this pot of jam. The cherries give a wonderful fresh colour to this preserve. There is a balance of sweet, then a sour cherry to wake up the taste buds - all wrapped up in almond liqueur back notes. A very good marriage of flavours. For an almond lover this is a real hit and would be wonderful for a cherry Bakewell tart”.

 “A lovely deep rich colour with a soft natural set. The sweetness from the almond liqueur worked well with the sourness of the cherries providing a very well balanced product.. We liked the soft, whole cherries and feel it a very versatile product”.
