Enriched with Madagascan vanilla, unrefined cane sugar and a little fresh lemon juice to create the most subtle of Rosebud jams. Naturally set by the properties of fruit alone.

Madagascan Vanilla pods are renowned as the best in the world because of a perfect climate, ideal soil conditions and diligent farming. This very special and rare spice, derived from the pods of orchids, combines beautifully and simply with the faintly tart flavour of apricots, a little fresh lemon juice and unrefined cane sugar to make a classic Rosebud Apricot & Vanilla Jam, one of the most understated and delightful of preserves.

We first learned about Rosebud many years ago from my dear late Mum who had read a review in the Sunday Supplements about your suet-free Mincemeat. That was nearly 30 years ago! Shortly afterwards we visited on our way up to the Dales and were greeted and shown around by a lovely lady who had been collecting wild Rowan berries to use in a preserve.
She introduced herself as Elspeth!
The rest is history.
We’ve been loyal customers ever since.
