Enriched with Madagascan vanilla, unrefined cane sugar and a little fresh lemon juice to create the most subtle of Rosebud jams. Naturally set by the properties of fruit alone.

Madagascan Vanilla pods are renowned as the best in the world because of a perfect climate, ideal soil conditions and diligent farming. This very special and rare spice, derived from the pods of orchids, combines beautifully and simply with the faintly tart flavour of apricots, a little fresh lemon juice and unrefined cane sugar to make a classic Rosebud Apricot & Vanilla Jam, one of the most understated and delightful of preserves.

“We liked the look of this jam - it had the authentic colour of cooked apricots, good viscosity and sheen, a little texture without being chunky and promising flecks of vanilla. In the mouth, there was plenty of citrus freshness and vanilla. It wasn't overly sweet. The fruit had been well cooked down and caramelised. This was a most enjoyable, rounded jam”.
