Lemon and Ginger Marmalade is one of Rosebud Preserves favourites, alive with refreshing citrus and warm stem ginger, it is made to the simplest of recipes.
Described by our customers as a flavour sensation, and beautifully balanced, this marmalade was devised from our love of stem ginger. Enhanced in flavour by the natural oils present in root ginger, we have combined these ingredients to create the most satisfyingly sharp of preserves, with a naturally set consistency depending on the properties of fresh fruit alone.

“A pale, amber-yellow marmalade, this seems to have been quite lightly cooked. The freshness of lemon comes through vibrantly on the palate and the ginger is nicely in balance, so it just adds an earthy warming glow on the finish. The peel and ginger have texture without being hard and have retained real zing”.
