Our collaborations with fellow Yorkshire artisan producers, and others further afield, has created some of our most popular preserves since we first introduced them in 2014.
We have devised sweet and savour products to compliment local cider, gin and beer, not simply by adding the alcohol alone but with the inclusion of complimentary ingredients to enhance these delicious flavours.
