Gin Liqueur Cocktails

With strong and genuine connections to our most enduringly popular preserve, we have devised a Seville Orange Marmalade syrup, which, in combination with a unique Yorkshire Dry Gin, is double distilled by our neighbours Spirit of Masham to create what has been described as a “ beautifully crafted liqueur”.

Dramatically rich, yet clean and uncloying, it only requires your favourite accompaniments to transform it into stunning cocktails, some of which we have carefully fashioned for your pleasure and which we hope you enjoy.

Rosebud Sweet Martini

50ml Rosebud Liqueur
25ml Amaretto
25ml Royal Dry Vermouth
Orange Peel

Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake and then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.

Rosebud Dry Martini

50ml Rosebud Liqueur
25ml Vya Dry Vermouth
Orange Peel

Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake and then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.

Rosebud Negroni

25ml Rosebud Liqueur
25ml Campari
25ml Vya Sweet Vermouth

Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake and then strain into a tumbler.

Rosebud Coffee Cocktail

50ml Rosebud Liqueur
25ml Tia Maria
25ml Vya Dry Vermouth
Coffee Beans

Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake and then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a a couple of coffee beans.

Rosebud Sour

50ml Rosebud Liqueur
Juice from 1 whole lime
2 Slices of lime to garnish

Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake and then strain into a tumbler. Garnish with two slices of lime.
