Affogato with Whisky Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 shot freshly brewed espresso
• 2 scoops clotted cream ice cream
• A generous dollop of Rosebud Whisky Caramel  Sauce

Method

Place the ice cream into a glass or small bowl, spoon over a generous amount of whisky caramel sauce, then pour over the hot espresso.

The espresso melts into the ice cream as the caramel swirls through - rich, velvety and utterly irresistible.
