The month of June brings together two of nature’s wonderful flavours – sharp gooseberries and wild elderflower blossom to create the loveliest of products. Once local hedgerows and plantations burst into full heady, creamy blossom our team pick quantities of wild flowers to transform into a special syrup, which in combination with tangy fruit and unrefined cane sugar, makes the most marvellous, naturally set, Gooseberry and Elderflower Conserve, the epitome of an English summer.
